Composition

The opening of Red Tobacco contrasts a harmonious medley of warm and exotic spices with lush fruity accords. Saffron, cinnamon, and nutmeg find themselves against the deep, rich background of oud and incense, while the creamy peach and sweet apple lend an airiness to the fragrance. Dark, earthy patchouli and opulent jasmine form a heart that is sensual but elegant. As familiar tobacco seeps into the fragrance from the base, it becomes a hint darker. Resinous amber, green vetiver, and white musk accompany the powdery vanilla at the base.
